Quilter's Brunch

                               

                   Starting my day with my healthy Smoothie  
  To make ; 8oz of soy milk,add 1 tablespoon each of the following
wheat germ,lecithin granules,brewers yeast, organic black strap molasses, 4 0z of yogurt and a banana, mix in blender until it is 
the way you like.
