Self care is different for everyone it is what ever you need to boost your mood or take care of your mental health. Some ways to practice self care.

Go for a walk.
Write in a Journal
Take a bath
Watch a movie
Eat Ice Cream
Call someone
Sit in Silence (meditate) 
Listen to Music
